We want you and your little one to love every purchase. If something is not right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under the conditions below.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all parts, accessories and tags included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items we cannot accept
- Items that have been used, assembled, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Hygiene items such as toothbrushes, potty trainers, teethers and feeding items once opened, for health and safety reasons.
- Items returned after 7 days.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to return an item
- Call or WhatsApp us on 0745 780 214, or email info@babyfacts.co.ke, with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm whether the item qualifies and arrange drop-off or pick-up.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made via M-Pesa or your original payment method, usually within 3–7 working days after we receive the returned item. Delivery fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect. Return delivery costs are covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
Prefer a different item or size? We are happy to exchange an eligible item for another product of the same or higher value (you pay any difference).
