At Baby Facts Kenya we deliver to customers in Nairobi and all over Kenya. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order.
Where we deliver
- Nairobi and its environs – delivered by our riders to your door or office.
- All over Kenya – sent through trusted courier and parcel services to your town or nearest pick-up point.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees start from KSh 300. The final fee depends on your location and the size of your order, and is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.
Delivery times
- Nairobi: usually the same day or next working day after your order is confirmed.
- Outside Nairobi: usually 1–3 working days, depending on your town and the courier.
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, peak seasons or for items that are temporarily out of stock. We will keep you updated if there is any delay.
Order confirmation
Once you place an order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details, delivery location and fee before dispatch.
Receiving your order
Please check your items when they arrive. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can help.
